Pratima is a seasoned professional, with post graduate degree in design from IIT Mumbai. She has wide experience in design & management and has done PMP certification from SP Jain Institute for Project Management, Mumbai.

In NIUM, she is managing digital media marketing team and promoting TS bPASS and other NIUM products & services on social media. She is here to collaborate with IT & knowledge teams to develop content and show case NIUM’s work for urban development.

She is professionally experienced in social media, branding, UI/UX design and “Design Thinking & Innovation”. Associated with leading design & engineering institutes in Mumbai & Hyderabad as guest faculty & jury. She has conducted “Design Thinking” workshops and trained teachers, professionals and start-ups. She has trained & mentored 20 start-ups during Innovation Yatra, an initiative by IIIT & TSIC (Telangana States Innovation Cell). She has also been founder of an online design & lifestyle magazine.
